The regular business meeting of OutWorlders was held on Sunday, 21 December 2003, at 2:00 p.m. at the Atlanta Diner, the President being in the chair and the Secretary being present. The following sponsoring members were present: Ray Berg, Bil Boozer, Amy Coppeans, Chris Coppeans, Edward deGruy, Kris Harter, Joy Hatcher, Alan Siler, Jeff Smith, Lynn Swetz.
Announcement<br />
Kris Harter reminded members of the holiday dinner hosted by Mark Fong on 21 December 2003.
Officer Elections<br />
Joy Hatcher collected ballots for the 2004 officer elections and announced the results as follows:<br />
For president, Ed deGruy<br />
For vice-president, Alan Siler<br />
For treasurer, Jeff Smith<br />
For secretary, Bil Boozer
The meeting adjourned at 2:30 p.m. The next scheduled meeting is 18 January 2004 at 2 p.m. at the Atlanta Diner.
