OutWorlders

The regular business meeting of OutWorlders was held on Sunday, 21 December 2003, at 2:00 p.m. at the Atlanta Diner, the President being in the chair and the Secretary being present. The following sponsoring members were present: Ray Berg, Bil Boozer, Amy Coppeans, Chris Coppeans, Edward deGruy, Kris Harter, Joy Hatcher, Alan Siler, Jeff Smith, Lynn Swetz.

Announcement

Kris Harter reminded members of the holiday dinner hosted by Mark Fong on 21 December 2003.

Officer Elections

Joy Hatcher collected ballots for the 2004 officer elections and announced the results as follows:

For president, Ed deGruy
For vice-president, Alan Siler
For treasurer, Jeff Smith
For secretary, Bil Boozer

The meeting adjourned at 2:30 p.m. The next scheduled meeting is 18 January 2004 at 2 p.m. at the Atlanta Diner.
