October 2013
The regular business meeting of OutWorlders was held on Sunday, October 20, 2013, at 11:12 am at Robert’s studio. Bil, Robert, Vandy Beth, Paul, Ken, Jack, and Scott Bobo were present. The president called the meeting to order.

Position vacant.
==== Secretary’s Report ====
Pride went well. We took four shifts on the bucket brigade.
==== Treasurer’s Report ====
We have one new paid member, Jamie, for $10 income. We made $455 off the wristbands at Pride. Our account has ~$1,465.00.
==== Events Coordinator’s Report ====
Pride was great! Halloween will be soon. Friday Night Feature was poorly-attended, and one of the two movies did not play properly. The Breakfast Salon was lightly attended. November Game Night will be at David’s; December’s will be at Paul’s. The Fall Picnic is November 9th; Vandy Beth will coordinate. Saturday will have a 5th Saturday event; it will be gaming at Robert’s studio from 10 am to 11 pm.

We sold 455 wristbands at Pride and have printed up another 500 info cards.
==== Internet Coordinator’s Report ====
Robert wants to track members on www.outworlders.info.

J.D. has photos taken at Pride.

Hiatus.

Game Night went well. Many of the people who came up to our table at Pride are into games.

The Halloween Party is Sunday, October 27th, at Paul’s house from 7 to 10 pm. It will be pot luck, but Ken will bring starter food from Costco. Ken will arrive at Paul’s earlier on Sunday to help set up.
=== New Business ===
Elections are coming up next month. Nominations are open as of this meeting, and will close at the end of next month’s meeting.
The Holiday Party will be on December 14th at Scott Bobo’s house.
The meeting adjourned at 11:49 a.m.
