July 2013
The regular business meeting of OutWorlders was held on Sunday, July 21, 2013, at 11:04 am at Robert’s studio. Bil, Ken, Robert, Jamie, and Vandy Beth were present. The president called the meeting to order.

==== Treasurer’s Report ====
No revenue or expenses. We have around $1600.00 in the bank.
==== Events Coordinator’s Report ====
The Breakfast Salon went well, drawing six people.
We had a very good July Game Night. August’s Game Night will be at Chris Lund’s in August in East Atlanta Village. Friday Night Feature went well, as did June’s Fifth Saturday gaming event. There will be another Fifth Saturday event in August. We’ll go bowling.
The Anniversary Party will be next weekend, Saturday the 27th, at 5 p.m. Ken will make a run this week for the needed groceries and lighter fluid.
==== Public Relations Coordinator’s Report ====
We still need to buy wristbands for Pride in October.
After a year off, Robert’s Dragon*Con party will resume this year in his suite at the Hyatt.
We’d like to do a fan table this year as well. We’ll need volunteers to staff it.
