The regular business meeting of OutWorlders was held on Sunday, February 17, 2013, at 11:10 am at Robert’s studio. Robert, Bil, and Vandy Beth were present. The treasurer called the meeting to order.

This month’s Breakfast Salon went well, as did Game Night.

Pride tables are $365 x 2, plus $30 for extra chairs, so $760.00.
The budget has been submitted and is attached to the bottom of these minutes.

Not assigned. Robert will host the Spring Picnic. We’ll be back in a suite at the Hyatt for the annual Dragon*Con party this year.
There were technical issues with the Friday Night Feature. April’s edition will present ''Reanimator'' and ''From Beyond''.
