The regular business meeting of OutWorlders was held on Sunday, May 20, 2012, at 11:00 am at Robert’s studio. Ken, J.D., Robert, Bil, Cassie, and Vandy Beth were present. The president called the meeting to order.

The Mondohomo event will be Saturday the 25th. J.D. will give a presentation on queer culture and science fiction/fantasy and horror.

Bil spent $900 for our tables at Pride.

The Outlantacon Game Night went well, as did the new 3rd Saturday Breakfast Salon, although it was lightly attended. Friday Night Feature was under-promoted, but In the ''Mouth of Madness'' was screened.
Three people attended the bowling event.
