The regular business meeting of OutWorlders was held on Sunday, May 20, 2012, at 11:00 am at Robert’s studio. Ken, J.D., Robert, Bil, Cassie, and Vandy Beth were present. The president called the meeting to order.

Vice President’s Report

The Mondohomo event will be Saturday the 25th. J.D. will give a presentation on queer culture and science fiction/fantasy and horror.

Secretary’s Report

No report.

Treasurer’s Report

Bil spent $900 for our tables at Pride.

Events Coordinator’s Report

The Outlantacon Game Night went well, as did the new 3rd Saturday Breakfast Salon, although it was lightly attended. Friday Night Feature was under-promoted, but In the Mouth of Madness was screened.

Three people attended the bowling event.

In June we’ll have another 5th Saturday event. It may be a trip to the drive-in.

Vandy Beth and J.D. will host a movie outing to see Prometheus when it comes out.
