The regular business meeting of OutWorlders was held on Sunday, May 15, 2011, at 11:30 am in the lobby bar at Holiday Inn Express during Outlantacon/Gaylaxicon 2011. Vandy Beth, Cassie, Justin, and Ken were present. The president called the meeting to order.

Much is going on. Game Night was moderately well-attended, as was Doctor Who night. The Outlantacon party went well.

Position vacant.

Outlantacon was good.

The TimeGate room party has been arranged and posted about on the TimeGate website. Justin’s mom is helping him with it. The anniversary party will be on June 11th. There is a $100 budget.

Pictures were taken at the room party.

Ken was the only nominee for vice-president, so he automatically ascends to the position.

The TimeGate program book ad was paid for.

We need people to staff the fan table at TimeGate.
We have applied for a fan table at Dragon*Con.
We should create incentives to get people to participate in the bucket brigade collections at Pride, such as a prize table.
The meeting adjourned at 11:51 a.m.
