The regular business meeting of OutWorlders was held on Sunday, March 20, 2011, at 11:30 am at Atlanta Diner. Bil, Cassie, Vandy Beth, Robert, and Ken were present. The vice-president called the meeting to order.

Not present due to wedding anniversary.
==== Vice President’s Report ====
We still have no Events Coordinator or Public Relations Coordinator. Robert will serve as the interim Events Coordinator until one is appointed.
==== Secretary’s Report ====
No report.
==== Treasurer’s Report ====
There is one new member (Justin). The Internet bill was paid automatically. The Pride table was paid for, at a cost of $450. We’ll get a second, but don’t know what it will cost yet.
==== Events Coordinator’s Report ====
Position not assigned. The next big event is the Spring Picnic, April 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Chattahoochee Outdoor Center on Azalea Drive.
The Anniversary party will be a pool party in June.
Timegate is Memorial Day weekend, and we’ll have a room party.
Outlantacon/Gaylaxicon is the weekend of May 14, and we’ll have a room party there too.

We’re having room parties at Timegate and at Outlantacon/Gaylaxicon in May.
The meeting adjourned at 12:10 p.m.
