December 2010
The regular business meeting of OutWorlders was held on Sunday, December 19, 2010, at 11:37 am at Atlanta Diner. Edward DeGruy, Kris Harter, Wm S. Boozer, Ken Fernandez, Cassie, Robert Marshall, and Vandy Beth Glenn were present. President DeGruy called the meeting to order.

The Christmas party was great! Game Night for December had a decent turnout of 15-20.

Not present.
==== Secretary’s Report ====
The Christmas party was fun, if surprisingly short.
==== Treasurer’s Report ====
The account balance is unchanged from last month. The exact balance will be calculated within a week from the meeting.
==== Events Coordinator’s Report ====
The party and Game Night went well. The Dr Who Christmas event will be later this month. January Game Night will be on the 1st. We don’t have a volunteer to host a New Year’s Eve party yet.
We will have a room party at Chattacon, which will be coordinated by Vandy Beth.

Not present.
==== Internet Coordinator’s Report ====
No report.

No report. No one took any pictures at the Christmas party.

Elections were held, with the following outcome:
* Edward DeGruy was re-elected president.
* Cassie was elected vice-president.
* Vandy Beth Glenn was re-elected secretary.
* Wm S. Boozer was re-elected treasurer.
There was no other old business.

No proposals were up for a vote.
The 2011 budget was submitted via email yesterday (December 18th) and is attached below.
The meeting adjourned at 12:02 p.m.
