Code of ConductOutWorlders, Inc. is dedicated committed to providing a harassment-free experience safe and welcoming space for everyone, members of the LQBTQ+ community and its allies. We respect all people regardless of sex, gender, gender identity and , expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, age, religion , or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local law. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event and/or future events, without a refund, at the discretion of the administration.

<li>Abusive language toward a participant, staff member, or volunteer.</li>
<li>Verbal, physical, or visual harassment of a participant, staff member, or volunteer.</li>
<li>Actual or threatened violence toward any individual or group.</li>
<li>Inappropriate physical contact.</li>
<li>Unwelcome sexual attention.</li>
<li>Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following.</li>
<li>Harassing photography or recording.</li>
<li>Sustained disruption of an event.</li>
<li>Conduct endangering the life, safety, health, or well-being of others or self.</li>
<li>Possession or use of illegal drugs at an OutWorlders event.</li>
<li>Bringing dangerous property or unauthorized materials such as explosives, firearms, weapons, etc. to an OutWorlders event.</li>
<li>Bullying or taking unfair advantage of any participant, staff member or volunteer.</li>
<li>Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behaviors.</li>
<li>Failure to follow any OutWorlders policy or procedure.</li>
== Reporting ==
To report harassment, speak to a member of the OutWorlders administration, a volunteer, or to
the event host.
