Harassment includes but Participation in OutWorlders’ programs is not limited subject to:*Slurs the observance of the organization’s rules and other verbalprocedures. The activities outlined below are strictly prohibited. Any participant, visualvolunteer, or physical abuse related staff member who violates this Code is subject to gender, gender identity/expression,sex, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, color, age, religion, national origin, ancestry, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, statediscipline, up to and including removal from the event or local lawprogram. *Gratuitous sexual images in public spaces*Deliberate intimidationThe list below is not exhaustive, stalkingand all behavior otherwise deemed inappropriate by Outworlders administration, or following*Harassing photography or recording*Sustained disruption of talks or other events*Inappropriate physical contact*Unwelcome sexual attention*Threats of aggression or harm*Advocating forvolunteers, or encouraging, any of the above behaviors Exception: Content related event host will be subject to sex, adult themes, discriminatory language, or similar is permissible if attendees are given ample warning and opportunity to leave beforehandthe same disciplinary measures.
To report harassment, speak to a member of OutWorlders administration or to the event host. OutWorlders will protect the confidentiality of people who report harassment or participate in a harassment investigation to the greatest possible extentbest of its abilities.

Code of ConductOutWorlders, Inc. is dedicated committed to providing a harassment-free experience safe and welcoming space for everyone, members of the LQBTQ+ community and its allies. We respect all people regardless of sex, gender, gender identity and , expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, age, religion , or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local law. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event and/or future events, without a refund, at the discretion of the administration.
<ul><li>Discourtesy or rudeness to a participant, staff member, or volunteer.</li>
<li>Abusive language toward a participant, staff member, or volunteer.</li>
<li>Verbal, physical, or visual harassment of a participant, staff member, or volunteer.</li>
<li>Actual or threatened violence toward any individual or group.</li>
<li>Inappropriate physical contact.</li>
<li>Unwelcome sexual attention.</li>
<li>Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following.</li>
<li>Harassing photography or recording.</li>
<li>Sustained disruption of an event.</li>
<li>Conduct endangering the life, safety, health, or well-being of others or self.</li>
<li>Possession or use of illegal drugs at an OutWorlders event.</li>
<li>Bringing dangerous property or unauthorized materials such as explosives, firearms, weapons, etc. to an OutWorlders event.</li>
<li>Bullying or taking unfair advantage of any participant, staff member or volunteer.</li>
<li>Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behaviors.</li>
<li>Failure to follow any OutWorlders policy or procedure.</li>
