If a participant engages in harassing behaviorTo report harassment, event organizers retain the right to take any actions speak to keep the event a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants. This includes warning the offender member of OutWorlders administration or expulsion from to the sponsored event with no refundhost.
Event organizers may take action to redress anything designed to, or with OutWorlders will protect the clear impact confidentiality of, disrupting the event people who report harassment or making participate in a harassment investigation to the environment hostile for any participants. Participants are expected to follow these rules at all sponsored events. We are committed to taking action if we learn of greatest possible harassment, even if an individual does not wish to file a formal complaintextent.
