Current membership 12, received $45 at December game night. 2024 budget proposal: Includes money for Meetup, website, two picnics, a new 6 foot sign, taxes fees & licenses, and reinstatement of 501c status (which uses previously collected funds). Goal for sponsorimng memberships is higher than in the past.

December's Game Day was held Sat. Dec. 2 at Outfront, 21 attended, 2 new people. Valet parking is for the restaurant, not for OutFront. Parking should be free for us at OutFront, if valet charges anyone, let Robert or Leah know.
December's happy hour was held Thurs. Dec. 14 at Church. One attendee.
OutReaders Book club was held Sat. Dec. 16 via Zoom. Read Mama Day by Gloria Naylor.

Ravensburger: Kelly Nelson, and OutWorlder, reached out to President to connect us with a Ravensburger rep. The rep agreed to sponsor an Outworlders event. The rep, Phil, is an ally and LGBTQ+ supporter. Rep cannot attend the Jan. 6 game night but Kelly will be there and will rep for Ravensburger. Ravensburger to also donate games with condition that they can speak to the group for a few minutes about Ravensburger.
Happy hour: Poorly defined, timing is not a traditional happy hour, there are no games, some new attendees don't play board games, attendance is low. What do we want happy hour to be? How can it benefit both OutWorlders and new attendees? Can we turn it into a weeknight board game night? Some Outworlders cannot go to a Saturday daytime game day. My Parents Basement? Joystick? Battle and Brew? Mouse's studio? Red's?
Internet coordinator: Position is vacant, need a new one.
Merchandise: We do have some hoodies on hand. Could store them at Robert Marshall's.
