[xx] Renamed heading from "Event Budget" to "Reimbursement of Expenses," and the procedures have been rewritten to provide clear guidance on how sponsoring members can receive reimbursement for expenses for official events. Removed text referring to a detailed budget since, in practice, reimbursement has been for a single item, or a general category all paid on one receipt.
