The regular business meeting of OutWorlders was held on Sunday, July 19, 2015, at approx. 11:00 am at Robert’s studio. Bil, Ken, Kevin, Jamie, and Richard were present. The President called the meeting to order.

The Reader’s Group is scheduled to meet at Jamie’s Condo on August 8th. This event has been added to the official website calendar, and a Facebook event has been created.

=== Old Business ===
Per action item from June Meeting, Richard took pictures of the pavilion at Piedmont Park where we will setup during Pride. The space is 20X24 in dimension. We continued the discussion from last time about banners. In absentia, Robert has been tasked with the creation of a design for banners and made chair of the Pride Banner Committee.
July Game Night was at Robert’s and was well attended. July Breakfast Salon at Amelie’s had four attendees, and a everyone enjoyed good discussion.

Kevin will host August Game Night.
The Fall Picnic will take place on September 27, 2015. Location TBD.
We are considering purchasing an Ad in the DragonCon program and/or gaming guide, if not this year then next. The cost is $150 for a business card sized ad and $250 for a half-page. Bil and Kevin have volunteered to look more closely into what the content of such an Ad should be and examine the ads of other groups for this purpose.
The meeting adjourned at 12:00 p.m.
