December 2014
The regular business meeting of OutWorlders was held on Sunday, December 21, 2014, at approx. 11:00 am at Robert’s studio. Ken, Robert, Kevin, Jamie, and Eric were present. The vice-president called the meeting to order.

We have approx. $1,500 in the bank per last month’s report.
=== Special Interest Groups Reports ===
==== Readers Group ====
Jamie will create a Facebook Post regarding selection of a new book for the Book Club. We hope collectively to choose the next book by early January and host the next meeting at a date TBD in early February. Jamie has offered to host the next meeting of the Book Club.

=== Old Business ===
The Holiday Party will take place at 7 PM on Saturday Jan. 17, 2015. at Kevin’s – i.e., Eastlake Commons located at 900 Dancing Fox Rd. We have $100 budgeted for this event.
Four people attended the Friday Night Feature in December.
=== New Business ===
Eric will host the anniversary party in July (exact date/time TBD).
Kevin will create a Facebook post to gauge interest in a “takeover” of either Polaris (in the Hyatt) or Sun Dial Room (in the Westin) restaurants as a pre-DragonCon event.
There is a 5th Saturday on January 30, 2015, and we are exploring ideas for an event on that day. Robert will create a Facebook post.
Elections were held for 2015 Officers, and the results are as follows:
* President – Richard Arnette
* Vice-President – Kevin Campbell
* Treasurer – Wm. Bil Boozer
* Secretary – Jamie Woodard
The meeting adjourned at 12:07 p.m.
