The regular business meeting of OutWorlders was held on Sunday, March 17, 2013, at 11:03 am at Robert’s studio. Robert, Bil, Ken, and Vandy Beth were present. The treasurer called the meeting to order.

Reserved tables for Pride and renewed the website.

Not assigned. Robert won’t be at the Spring Picnic; Vandy Beth will host. Five people showed for the outing to see ''Oz the Great and Powerful''. Friday Night Feature had two people. Game Night went well. Dr Who had eight to ten people. Breakfast Salon had seven.

Not assigned. We have an ad on the inside cover of the Timegate program book; we don’t know about Outlantacon/Gaylaxicon yet.

April’s Game Night went well.

Vandy Beth will ask the Facebook group how to improve attendance at business meetings.
We’ll have two parties in May: one at Outlantacon/Gaylaxicon and one at Timegate.
A 5th Saturday gaming event will be at Robert’s studio on March 30th, 10 a.m. until whenever.
In July we’ll have an anniversary party. Maybe a potluck.
The meeting adjourned at 11:31 a.m.
