The regular business meeting of OutWorlders was held on Sunday, February 19, 2012, at 11:00 am at Robert’s studio. Cassie, J.D., Bil, Vandy Beth, and Ken were present. The president called the meeting to order.

People have joined the email list since last month. We will discontinue adding people to the Announcements list preparatory to shutting it down.

==== Treasurer’s Report ====
No new expenses or income over the last month. We need to re-up our fees for the corporation and the Internet domain soon.
==== Events Coordinator’s Report ====
Events are good. No one went to Friday Night Feature. Next month’s Friday Night Feature will include ''Leprechaun'' and possibly ''Darby O’Gill and the Little People'', both in honor of St. Patrick’s Day. Is it on Alan to update the Dr Who info on the website, or does someone else do that?
Ken would like us to do something on February 25 or 26.

Possible ideas for the new 5th-Saturday event: a dedicated-game day, where it’s announced ahead of time we’ll all be playing a specific game people are interested in but have never played before.
Possibly this could be done at a public venue instead of someone’s home; Ken will look into the Rush Center.
We will announce the event on the Yahoo list and on Facebook.
