The regular business meeting of OutWorlders was held on Sunday, 21 December 2004, at 2:00 p.m. at the Atlanta Diner, the President being in the chair and the Secretary being present. Sponsoring members present: Ray Berg, Bil Boozer, Ed deGruy, Michael Liebmann, Robert Marshall, William Shepard, Jeff Smith, Amanda Wiggins.

Mike Allgood and William Shepard are hosting a New Year’s Eve party.
Members are gathering weekly on Wednesdays to watch “Lost” at Miss Q’s.
=== Balloting ===
Amanda Wiggins collected ballots from those present. She and Robert Marshall counted the ballots and reported the following results:
For the office of president: Mike Allgood
For the office of vice-president: Ken Fernandez
For the office of treasurer: Jeff Smith
For the office of secretary: Bil Boozer
=== Writers’ Group ===
Bil Boozer reported that the writers’ group had canceled its December meeting and that it would meet again on 19 January.
=== Readers’ Group ===
Bil Boozer reported that the readers’ group had met and that it would meet again in January to discuss ''Magic’s Pawn'' by Mercedes Lackey.
=== Proposals for Consideration ===
Proposals 04-12-01 and 04-12-02 were not considered because of lack of quorum. Consideration of them is postponed indefinitely.
The meeting adjourned at 2:20 p.m.
