Harassment includes, but is not limited to:
* Verbal comments or actions that reinforce social structures related to gender, gender identity, and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local law.
* Gratuitous sexual images in public spaces
* Deliberate intimidation, stalking or following
* Harassing photography or recording
* Sustained disruption of talks or other events
* Inappropriate physical contact
* Unwelcome sexual attention
* Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behaviors
Exception: Content related to sex, adult themes, discriminatory language, or similar is permissible if attendees are given ample warning and opportunity to leave beforehand.
