We had lots of contributions in June.
One new sponsoring member, for a total of 16.
Bryan won the copy of Poison.
Carrd pro plus plan expired or expires soon. Switching to a lower tier plan (pro standard) will save some money.

Fall Picnic

Tentatively Sept 26. The earlier we reserve, the more options we have. Chastain Park; Brownwood park, does not have bathrooms; Coan Park -- Griffen to look into to going here. Does it have restrooms, pavilion?

New Business

Hoedown South

Board will buy a 1/4 page ad in their program. Cost is $120. (1/8 page ad is $60.) Event is July 30.

Replace Book Club

Board will not replace it. Book club Discord chat will be moved to the public area. Griffen will remove book club from Set My Role in Discord.

July Meeting

July board meeting moved to July 12 at noon.

Open Floor

Quarterly Game Nominations

Griffen called for nominations. Griffen asked each board member to nominate games each quarter.

Pool Turtle

Changed the October game night to a game day at Pool Turtle. Oct. 3, 1-6 p.m.

Other Venues

Board decided not to go to Eduardo's house this year.
