Virtual Game Night: Tues. March 31, 8 p.m. @ Discord

• Inaugural event
• 9 attendees
• Played Jackbox plus a Discord put-putt game
• If more than 9 people attend, we might need multiple chat rooms and multiple game streamers, or people can sit out games (like the OutWorlders officers)(See Unfinished Business below)
• Discussed making virtual game night monthly on the last Tuesday of the month.

• Second month of Learn2 Play. Robert taught Quacks to four people

• Did our first quarterly game giveaway for Sponsoring Members. Eric won Point Salad

Unfinished Business

Virtual Game Night

For more than 9 people, would need two officers there, and a second "table" that is not run by Griffen would need copies of the games like Jackbox. Each officer's group would be max 8 people. Griffen to look for other games with larger or no maximums.

Game Survey

Griffen to post a survey in Discord for the next game to add to the library and also win in the drawing. Followed by a poll to select the winning game.

New Business

Anniversary

There will be a sponsoring member-only event at Mouse's house in July to coincide with the anniversary of OutWorlders. Discussed July 25 for this.

Picnic

Discussed having a picnic in the fall, possibly September 26. (DragonCon is Sept. 3-7 and our game meetup is Sept. 12)

Sponsoring Members

A general note to everyone that we need to collect contact info for sponsoring members when they sign up, and tell them to join Discord to vote on games.
