No money spent this year so far, but there will be a $30 registration fee for our corporation in the state of Georgia.
Collected $230 so far this year.

Book Club: Was canceled due to a scheduling conflict. March's book moved to April.

Unfinished Business

Member Perks Proposal

Board discussed legal ramifications of giving away games via randomly selecting names from a hat and whether it constitutes a raffle according to state or county law. Board discussed pros and cons of getting a raffle license. Griffen reached out to several pro bono lawyers but they were not helpful. Griffen to reach out to county sheriff's office. Robert Allen to talk to presidents of nonprofits that we knows.

Slack

Griffen is having problmes with Slack and resetting the password. Going forward, do not use Slack, use officer chat in Discord.

Discord Names

We have no real way of enforcing a Discord name standardization. The goal is for people participating in virtual game nights to to provide their real name, in case they come to an in-person event.

Virtual Game Nights

First Virtual Game Night to be held on Tuesday March 31. Options: Jackbox, Discord games, Gartic Phone, Codenames, Pictionary, Just One.

Robert Allen noted that it's better to have three officer roles on the board filled than two. Griffen to post a note in Discord, Eric to post in socials.
