Location Survey

Results of January pin board: Little interest so far in locations south of I-20. Interest concentrated mostly in in-town areas to the east: EAV, Grant Park, Reynoldstown, Midtown, etc. Note: This is just one month of data.
Will use pin board again at February game day. Map wiped clean of pins, and anyone can place a pin, including anyone who placed a pin in January.

Perks for Sponsoring Membership

Board eliminated these proposed perks:

Check out games from game library
Host game events at a private residence
Free merchandise
Merch design competition
Cookbook of OutWorlders recipes

Board kept/revised/added these perks:

Annual Sponsoring Member-only game event
Discount on merchandise
Vote on games to be added to library
Quarterly game giveaway: OutWorlders buys two copies of a game (based on results of above bullet point), keeps one, gives away the other to Sponsoring Members via a drawing. Details TBD.

Discord

Board to sunset Slack in favor of Discord.
Current Discord mods who are not Board Members or coordinators to be removed. Exception: Andy, who serves as de facto Discord mod.
