Treasurer

1. Good response from the community to appeals, able to plan some activities this year. Little in the way of expenses, which is not unusual for this time of year.
2. Current Membership count 9. Both pledges under discussion from last month have been received.
3. Discussed budget and on-hand merchandise. Christian to provide an inventory count of hoodies on hand.

Represented OutWorlders at OutlantaCon. “It was good, nice to be able to go back again.”

1. Co-hosted April Game Night, hosted April Happy Hour, finalized June Game Day

2. Game Day: Held at Robert Marshall’s house on April 1. 56 people attended. Ran smoothly, business as usual. A lot of people brought a lot of great food.
3. Happy Hour: Held at My Sister’s Room on April 12. Nine people attended.
4. OutReaders Read The Penelopiad by Margaret Atwood on April 15. Seven attendees, 0 thumbs up, 0 thumbs down.

Unfinished Business

1. Bylaws/501(c)3: Discuss during SIG report
2. 2023 Budget: Discussed during Treasurer Report
3. T-Stand Banner Sign: Discussed mockups, would like to remove QR codes, don’t want to name all our events, just “gaming.” Swap the tagline to read “Atlanta’s Premier LGBTQ+ Gaming and Sci-Fi Group.”
4. OutFront Theater: Recapped past discussions. Reiterated that we’re welcome to bring our games a day or two early, but cannot store them there indefinitely.

New Business

Spring Picnic: June 10/11 at McCoy Park (tentative). Vibranium Chef, the special ingredient is tentatively Strawberry. Discussed providing food, Robert Marshall will ask Ken if he’s interested in grilling, alternatively, we could bring sandwiches as a fallback.
