Correspondence

None

Officer Reports

• President: Sticker for Ken F.’s donations are ordered.
• Vice-President: Added more games to the collection. Added stickers and ID numbers to most games. Still a few games with no ID number on them. More games were donated during Anniversary Party.
• Treasurer: 2 new memberships during the Anniversary Party, 16 overall for the year.
• Secretary: No Report.
• Events Coordinator: Movie night, 3 attendees. New movie TBD, to be held at Studioplex. Anniversary game day, 48 attendees. Book Club, 4 attendees. Book Club will resume in Kirkwood library. Next book for book club is Kindred by Octavia Butler. Happy hour, 14 attendees. Happy hour to be hosted at Church until further notice (Tues, Weds, Thursday monthly rotation). Bryan Faris to update on Bucket Bridgade for Pride.
• Public Relations Coordinator: Nine new Facebook members, seven new Instagram members, two new twitter followers.
• Internet Coordinator: Renewed SSL certificate.
• Historian: Vacant. No report.

Committee and SIG Reports

• Bylaws Committee: On, 2021-07-17 Darie amended and restated Articles of Incorporation and marked-up Bylaws.
• Out@theMovies SIG: No report written. (Held Saturday, June 26th. Nausica of the Valley of the Wind. Next date and movie TBD.)
• OutReaders SIG: Held Saturday, July 17th. Read The Obelisk Gate and The Stone Sky by NK Jemisin (2 books). Series was enjoyed! Next meeting is on August 21 to read Kindred by Octavia Butler. September nominations are The Plotters by Un-Su Kim, Once and Future by A.R. Capetta & Cory McCarthy, and The First 15 Lives of Harry August by Claire North.

Unfinished Business

• Merchandise: Drinkware on hold.
• Game Library: Multiple games were donated from Ken, DeVon, Travis, Scott. Brad donated a copy of his own game. Leah has donated a label maker for the library.
• Pride, Cons: Interested in doing a meetup for DragonCon.
• Anniversary party: Overall very successful. The weather was a slight issue, look indoors for the next event. Break down went smoothly with volunteers. Had snacks and decorations left over to use in the next events.
• Meetup.com: to go forward with account.

New Business

Fundraiser possibilities: Look into fundraisers as an idea to help raise profit for outworlders (bake sale, video game tournament, RPG day, 50:50 raffle)
