The regular business meeting of OutWorlders was held on Sunday, June 16, 2013, at 11:02 am at Robert’s studio. Bil, Ken, Robert, Scott Bobo, Paul Mitchell, and Vandy Beth were present. The president called the meeting to order.

Treasurer’s Report
No revenue or expenses. We have around $1600.00 in the bank.
Events Coordinator’s Report
The Breakfast Salon went well, drawing around eight people.
June’s Game Night will be at Robert and Jack’s. July’s Game Night will be at David and Lisa’s. Friday Night Feature will be next week: Secret Window and Misery. The Anniversary Party will be in July at Paul Mitchell’s house.
Public Relations Coordinator’s Report
Edward and Vandy Beth appeared on the podcast The Sex Geeks to talk about Atlanta Outworlders and about LGBT nerds in general. It went well.

We’ll be buying 2,000 wristbands for $500.00 to sell at Pride.
New Business
There will be a Fifth Saturday gaming event this month. Robert will add it to the calendar and website.
The Anniversary Party will be at Paul Mitchell’s house on Saturday, July 27. His address is [Redacted] in Decatur. He has a pool and a shady outdoor area. He can set up tables and chairs. The party will start at 5 p.m. and we may bring games and such.
The meeting adjourned at 11:40 a.m.
