The regular business meeting of OutWorlders was held on Sunday, December 16, 2013, at 11:05 am at Robert’s studio. Ken, Robert, Scott Bobo, Bil, and Vandy Beth were present. The president called the meeting to order.

Treasurer’s Report
No budget yet: Bil is missing three bank statements, lost the check register, and forgot the credit card passcode. He will increase our budget for Pride; otherwise the budget is mostly the same as last year.
Events Coordinator’s Report
Position not assigned. Friday Night Feature was good. Next month’s movies are posted. The Breakfast Salon was lively and well-attended this month. Game Night went well. The Spring Picnic will be April 28.
Public Relations Coordinator’s Report
Not assigned. We will not host a party at Chattacon, but we’ll put out our promotional cards We will host parties at Timegate (end of May), and Outlantacon/Gaylaxicon (beginning of May). We’ll buy ads in the program books for both cons.
Internet Coordinator’s Report
Robert will give lessons on updating our website after the meeting.
