OutWorlders, Inc.

The regular business meeting of OutWorlders was held on Sunday, 17 December 2005, at 2:00 p.m. at the Atlanta Diner, the Vice President being in the chair and the Secretary being present. Sponsoring members present: Scott Bobo, Wm S Boozer, Ed deGruy, Ken Fernandez, Kris Harter, Mike Henigan, Adam Levenstein, Robert Marshall, Jeff Smith.

Officer Report(s):

Jeff Smith announced that the organization’s current account balance is $1537.97.

Writers’ Group:

Wm S Boozer reported that the writers’ group’s December meeting was scheduled for 21 December 2005.

Readers’ Group:

Wm S Boozer reported that the readers’ group was not meeting in December. Its next meeting is set for Sunday, 15 January 2005 at noon, where members will discuss Fire Logic by Laurie K. Marks and The Motion of Light in Water by Samuel R. Delany.

Elections.

Elections for 2006 elected officer positions were held under the direction of Election Coordinator Robert Marshall. Votes were tallied in accordance with the organization’s bylaws. Carlton Harrington was elected secretary. Jeff Smith was elected treasurer. Wm S Boozer was elected vice president. Ken Fernandez was elected president.

The meeting adjourned at 2:24 p.m.
