2023-06-A. Proposal to Reimburse Spring Picnic
WHEREAS OutWorlders is hosting a spring picnic and Vibranium Chef competition; and
WHEREAS the allocated budget is $250; and
WHEREAS the projected expenses are $350; and
WHEREAS Leah Frey is planning to cover the additional expenses;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Leah Frey is reimbursed up to $100.
ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2023 by a vote of 3 for, 0 against, and 0 present.
2023-06-B. Proposal to Auction Games
WHEREAS The OutWorlders game library consists of hundreds of games; and
WHEREAS it is not feasible to hold, transport, and play ever game in the library; and
WHEREAS some games in the library are duplicates, unopened, missing pieces, or too long to play at a casual gaming event;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows
- The following games will be taken to 2nd and Charles in an attempt to trade them in for cash or store credit; and
- Any games that are not accepted by 2nd and Charles will either be donated, given away, or auctioned at the Game Library Committee's discretion; and
- Proceeds from the games listed below will be used to purchase new games at the Game Library Committee's discretion
