Proposal 2020-08-A. Reimburse Christian for OutWorlders Shirts

WHEREAS, Christian Hain has ordered four shirts from XPress Printing Services, LLC; and

WHEREAS, the pre-tax cost of each shirt was $25 ($100 total); and

WHEREAS, COVID-19 precautions required a $14.99 shipping fee in addition to $8.90 in sales tax; and

WHEREAS, OutWorlders has received a $30 donation for each shirt ($120 total);

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:

1. Christian Hain is reimbursed $100 for the production costs of the shirts; and
2. OutWorlders retains $20 in donations.
