WHEREAS, OutWorlders needs replishment of name badge stickers; and

WHEREAS, www.mynamebadges.com produces rolls of (250) name badges that provide spaces to write name and gender pronoun; and

WHEREAS, the cost is $18.15, which includes shipping and tax;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, OutWorlders allocates $18.15 towards the purchase of “Hello, My Name Is (Gender Pronouns)” Badges (LB-2848)

Proposal 2019-09-B. To Form a Bylaws Committee

WHEREAS, Proposal 2019-04-B. Register OutWorlders as a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization was adopted;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, OutWorlders forms a bylaws committee to draft and propose revised bylaws for the purposes of becoming a 501(c)3 organization.
