Proposal 2019-05-A. Funding for Video Game Night

WHEREAS, OutWorlders would like to host a video game night; and
WHEREAS, The Outreach Committee has selected a video game equipment supplier and a venue;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
- OutWorlders host its second Video Game Night on July 20th at World 50.
- OutWorlders allocates $100 towards renting videogame equipment and services from Herb.
REJECTED this 16h day of June 2019 by a null and void vote.
Proposal 2019-05-B. To Purchase Badge Ribbons

WHEREAS, it is a tradition at DragonCon to pass out free badge ribbons; and
WHEREAS, pc/nametag, Inc. makes 100 ribbons at $0.29 each, plus a onetime setup fee of $14, and a shipping fee of $13.04; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that OutWorlders allocates $56.04 for the purchase of 100 violet ribbons with white text from pc/nametag, Inc. to be provided to general OutWorlders members attending DragonCon 2019 (and later conventions) at no charge.
